The castle's master bedroom
In the past, the Chancellor of Aligre, master of the house, slept in this magnificent room, which stands out for its central location and spectacular view of the estate.
Later, French cinema legends such as Jean Gabin, Lino Ventura and Michel Audiard found the peace and quiet they needed to rest or prepare for their roles, far from the hustle and bustle of filming. During their many retreats, the Chancellor's room was often their favourite, thus perpetuating its legacy as a place of prestige and serenity for the greats.
Its fully renovated bathroom is located on the landing.
The room:
Space & Capacity: A spacious 56 m² suite designed to accommodate one to two people.
Exceptional Bedding: A king-size bed (180 cm) dressed with cotton sateen sheets, feather pillows and duvet for absolute comfort.
Private bathroom: A 9 m² space exclusively for your use on the landing, equipped with a shower, a claw-foot bathtub and a double sink.
Panoramic view: A double perspective on the tranquillity of the park and the elegance of the main courtyard.

From 8:30 am to 10:30 am in the Aligre lounge, a "homemade" breakfast is served, including:
Unlimited hot drinks, homemade pastries, baguette and cereal bread, freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice, homemade jams, honey and spreads (hazelnut and peanut), homemade apple compote, freshly prepared fruit salad, homemade yogurts, cereals, homemade Grenola and an assortment of cheeses and hams.

La beauté du château, la splendeur et la grandeur du parc, les chambres très belles et très confortables, l’accueil adorable de nos hôtes, la splendeur du petit déjeuner, entièrement fait maison, y compris les viennoiseries par la Cheffe Carole. Nous espérons revenir avec grand plaisir, un jour, déguster son dîner gastronomique et visiter le château et le parc avec Edouard.

Endroit magnifique
C'est un endroit magnifique et paisible que j'ai adoré. Voir le travail accompli par les propriétaires est très impressionnant et mérite d'être admiré. Les chambres sont fantastiques et très spacieuses, et la bibliothèque et la salle de billard sont un endroit agréable pour s'asseoir, lire un livre ou jouer avec les chiens. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et le menu spécial de 7 plats préparé par Carole était un vrai régal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It is a 17th-century château, beautifully restored by the owners to remain faithful to the spirit of the period. Everything has been tastefully done to recreate the atmosphere of yesteryear, while offering modern comforts. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you feel right at home. A bed and breakfast? No! A dream come true: you are transported back in time. The remarkable décor and tasteful furnishings transport you to the 17th century.
